1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Kiwii PTE. LTD. ("Kiwii," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Kiwii provides professional Agile and Scrum training, certification programs, workshops, and related educational services. Our services include:

  • Certified Scrum training
  • Agile coaching
  • Team workshops and facilitation
  • Customized training programs

3. Registration and Payment

3.1 Registration

To participate in our training programs, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all training programs. We accept various payment methods as specified during the registration process.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed registrations.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while considering the costs associated with event preparation and delivery.

30+ Days Before Event

100% Refund - Full refund of all fees paid

15-29 Days Before Event

50% Refund - Half of the fees paid will be refunded

Less than 15 Days Before Event

No Refund - No refund will be provided due to preparation costs

Important Notes:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@kiwii.sg
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • In case of emergency circumstances, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis

Event Cancellation by Kiwii

Kiwii reserves the right to cancel any event if fewer than 6 students have registered. In such cases:

  • Participants will be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled event date
  • Full refunds will be provided to all registered participants
  • Alternative event dates will be offered when possible
  • No additional compensation will be provided for travel or accommodation expenses

5. Event Attendance and Participation

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Full attendance is required for certification programs. Participants must attend all scheduled sessions to receive certification.

5.2 Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect other participants and instructors
  • Maintain professional behavior
  • Participate actively in event activities
  • Follow all event guidelines and instructions

5.3 Removal from Event

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or disrupts the event environment. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All event materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, exercises, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Kiwii or our partners. Participants may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute event materials without permission
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Share materials with non-participants

7. Certification

7.1 Certification Requirements

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of event requirements, including attendance and any required assessments.

7.2 Certification Validity

Certifications are valid according to the terms of the certifying body (e.g., Scrum.org). Participants are responsible for maintaining their certification status.

7.3 Replacement Certificates

Replacement certificates may be issued for a fee. Contact us for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Force Majeure

Kiwii shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
